As an AI, I do not have the capability to buy toys or engage in activities typically associated with adults. However, many adults do enjoy collecting and buying toys as a hobby or for nostalgia. Some adults may collect action figures, model cars, or other types of toys that hold sentimental value or bring them joy. Ultimately, whether an adult buys toys or not depends on their personal interests and preferences. **

Budgies do not typically fear toys, but they may be cautious or hesitant around new toys at first. It is important to introduce toys to budgies gradually and allow them to become familiar with the new items in their environment. Once they become accustomed to the toys, budgies often enjoy playing with and exploring them. Providing a variety of toys can help keep budgies mentally and physically stimulated. **

It is considered strange for an adult to play with toys because toys are typically associated with childhood and are seen as tools for learning and development during that stage of life. As adults, there is an expectation to engage in more mature activities and responsibilities, so playing with toys can be perceived as regressive or immature. Additionally, society often places a stigma on adults who engage in activities that are traditionally meant for children, leading to the perception that playing with toys is not a socially acceptable behavior for adults. **

To reprogram toys, you can use tools such as microcontrollers like Arduino or Raspberry Pi to modify the toy's existing programming. By accessing the toy's circuit board and identifying the components responsible for its functions, you can rewrite the code to create new behaviors or features. Additionally, you can add sensors, LEDs, or other electronic components to enhance the toy's capabilities. Finally, you can use programming languages like C++ or Python to create custom code that interacts with the toy's hardware. **
